Just like weddings in the United Kingdom , right documentation is required to enable the ceremony to be performed in Kenya
* Birth Certificate
* Passport
* Entry visa required by all visitors. Obtained from Kenyan High Commission in London (Tel: 0171 636 2371) or on arrival.
* Single parties must have a letter stating neither has been married, signed by a UK Minister of the Church, or a sworn affidavit witnessed by a solicitor
* If aged less than 21 years - parental consent in the form of Statutory Declaration stamped and signed by a solicitor. (Sworn affidavit by parents / guardian
* If widowed, relevant Death Certificate
* Full information of each party: Full names of couple, full address and proof of residence i.e. (.driving license), occupation of both parties
* If divorced, proof of Decree Absolute
* If change of name by Deed Poll, proof require
* Full names, addresses and profession of bride / groom’s parents
