Day One: Arusha – Lake Manyara
Depart Arusha in the morning for Lake Manyara, arrive around lunch time. After a short rest, proceed for afternoon game drive. The park is known for its rich bird life, tree-climbing lions, its elephants, and hippos seen at closer range than most other places.

Lake Manyara is an alkaline lake and at certain times of the year hosts thousands of flamingos and a diversity of other bird life. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Twiga or /Fig Tree campsite. Meal plan (L.D)

Day Two: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro Crater
After a sumptuous breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro crater, arriving in time for lunch. Short rest before proceeding for afternoon game drive on the floor of the crater. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite. Meal plan (B.L.D)

The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic caldera at 8300 sq km and is arguably the most stunning arena. It is frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not only because of its geological magnificence, but also because it serves as an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s largest populations of large mammals.

Day Three: Ngorongoro Crater - Tarangire

Depart after breakfast drive to Tarangire to arrive by lunch time. The park covers an area off 2600sq km that's about 1600 miles and derivers its name from the Tarangire River that flows through the center of the park.

The river flows from south to north/northwest and empties its water in Lake Burungi. The best time to visit Tarangire National Park to view the wildlife is in dry season, from June-October. Afternoon game drive.

Day Four: Tarangire - Arusha
Enjoy a morning game drive after breakfast. Return to campsite for lunch and thereafter depart for Arusha.
