An ideal for those short of time or who do not want to spend too long on safari, but want to experience as much as of the country as possible. It therefore involves a Fair amount of driving within a relatively short time in some of the best lodges and hotels in Kenya and comfortable nine seater buses. Tour starts: Nairobi-Ends Nairobi. Day One: Nairobi – Samburu Early departure from Nairobi. Drive through Kikuyu farmlands stopping en-route near Mt. Kenya. Pass Mt. Kenya and cross the equator en-route to Samburu Game Reserves. Spend the rest of the afternoon game viewing.
The area around the life- giving Uaso Nyiro River is home to the rare and beautiful species of Northern Kenya such as Grevy, s Zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk gazelle and the Somali Ostrich. Elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and the more common savannah game are also abundant here.

Day Two: Samburu Game Reserve The day is yours to explore the beauty of semi-arid region, with its unique species of bird life. Morning and afternoon game drive.

Day Three: Samburu /Tree Hotel Return to the Kenya highlands for a night at a tree hotel or luxury tented camp, set deep in mountain forest and overlooking a floodlit water hole. Elephants, Rhino, Buffalo, Waterbuck, Forest-Hog and perhaps the elusive Bongo may be observed from the safety of the lodge.

Day Four: Tree Hotel / Lake Nakuru National Park Leaving the lush highlands descend via the magnificent Thomson’s fall to Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is known for its seasonal multitudes of pink flamingoes, numerous large mammals can be found here i.e. leopards, rhinos and many herbivores including waterbucks. You will arrive in time for Lunch thereafter a short rest before proceeding for evening game viewing.

Day Five: Nakuru National Park /Masai Mara National Reserve A morning drive of great scenic beauty and contrast as you cross the Rift Valley to Kenya’s most spectacular game reserve. After lunch, you have an opportunity to see a host of unique species of wildlife that Misaim Mara is famous for, spend the next two nights in the lodge or luxury camp.

Day Six: Masai Mara National Reserve The sheer enormity of the Mara and the abundance of exotic wildlife offer endless opportunities for excitement. Today we spend this Full day in natural paradise among Zebra, giraffe, buffalo wildebeest, antelope and gazelle. We will encounter prides of lion resting in the shade of acacia trees or lying low in the tall grass, in wait for the next prey.
There is a good chance of spotting cheetah and if you are lucky, the shy leopard.

Day Seven: Masai Mara National Reserve- Nairobi Depart Masai Mara for Nairobi after breakfast, to arrive late afternoon. Last minute shopping before being transferred to the airport. (B)
