Mount Kenya is the country’s highest mountain. The mountain consists of three principal zones, the rocky peak area, with its cloak of glaciers and snowfields, the alpine zone with distinctive giant vegetation, and the vast gentle slopes drenched in mountain forest bamboo jungle. Most visitors are content with marveling at the mountains beauty from a distance.

Day One: Nairobi
On arrival at Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative who will accompany you to your hotel to assist in check in. Overnight at Nairobi Safari Cub or similar.

Day Two: Nairobi/Amboseli
After breakfast you will be picked and transferred to Wilson airport to catch your scheduled flight to Amboseli. This morning you fly over the scenic Athol plains and into Amboseli National Park.

After lunch have short siesta before proceeding for evening game viewing of Amboseli National park with Mt Kilimanjaro - the highest freestanding mountain in the world, in the background. Amboseli National park is famous for its high concentration of elephants, amongst other predators and wild game. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge, camouflaged in a forest of fever trees and palms.

Day Three: Amboseli National Park
Early morning game drive to explore the park further and thereafter breakfast at the lodge. Afternoon at leisure. Evening game viewing of this magnificent park.

The park takes its name from Lake Amboseli, a seasonal swamp that attracts water birds and other migratory species and is also a quenching oasis for the plain game. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge. This evening will be marked with entertainment by Masai dancers.

Day Four: Amboseli National Park/ Lake Nakuru
After breakfast fly back to Nairobi and proceed by road to Lake Nakuru National park to arrive for a late lunch. Game viewing in the afternoon.

Lake Nakuru is one of Kenya's most popular National Parks because of its Rhino sanctuary and its home to millions of flamingos. Dinner and Overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge.

Day Five: Lake Nakuru/ Mountain Lodge
Depart Lake Nakuru by road for Mountain Lodge hotel to arrive in time for lunch. A ground level viewing area provides excellent photographic opportunities and a floodlit waterhole allows all - night game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Mountain Lodge hotel. or similar.

Day Six: Mountain Lodge/Samburu Game Reserve.
Depart the Mountains for Samburu National Reserve to arrive in time for lunch at Samburu Serena lodge. Evening game drive in search of the unique species of this region i.e. the reticulated giraffe, the Gerenuk, Beisa Oryx, The Grevy zebra and the Somali Ostrich Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge.

Early morning and afternoon game drives with dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena lodge.

Day Eight: Samburu Game Reserve/Mt Kenya Safari Club
Depart Samburu for Mt Kenya Safari Club, once the home of actor William Holden. The rest of the day is yours to relax in the beautifully tended gardens of the Club or take advantage of its many facilities such as golf, putting swimming, bowls, tennis, horse riding and fishing.

Enjoy a sumptuous 8 course dinner. Jacket and tie for men, equivalent dress for ladies.

Day Nine: Mt Kenya Safari Club/Masai Mara
An early morning flight to Masai Mara Game reserve. On arrival, there is time to settle before lunch. Later in the afternoon, game viewing until dusk.

Look out for Elephant wandering in and out of the trees or a pride of Lion perched on knoll scanning the grasslands for a potential meal. Overnight at Mara Simba Lodge.

Day Ten: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Spend this full day to explore the parks' amazingly high concentration of game. A hot air balloon ride is recommended. All meals and overnight at the Mara Simba. A visit to a Masai Manyatta ( village) is possible during the midday, optional.

Day Eleven:

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip to catch your flight to Nairobi to connect to your international flight ! Meal Plan (B)

  1. Full board accommodation in the lodge/tented camp while on safari as per mentioned itinerary.
  2. Park entrance fees and Game drives.
  3. Transport in a private custom safari minibus with pop-up roof for ideal game viewing and sightseeing through out the safari

  5. Drivers allowance and park entrance fees.

Not Included

  1. Drinks, tips, laundry, visas, travel/baggage insurance, telephone calls and any items of a personal nature
  2. International; air transportation to and from Nairobi.
