On your first morning in Nairobi our representative will brief you on what to expect while on safari. The experienced guest relations officer will take you through your itinerary, provide background information and answer questions about wildlife, and in short, thoroughly acquaint you with every aspect of your stay with us.

Guest Relations Staff:
Our guests are met and seen off t the airport, checked into and contacted whilst in Nairobi by a member of our guest relations team. They also reconfirm tickets and are able to assist with everything ranging from dinner reservations to Shopping.

Guaranteed Departures
Every African Retreat Safari programme is guaranteed to depart as scheduled, no matter what the group size. Once your departure date has been confirmed and we have received your deposit, your safari will take place as planned.
